Brad
Putnam has
served as
President
and CEO of

Compliance
since its
inception in
2003.
Prior to the
creation of
Digital
Compliance
no other
company had
ever offered
the level of
due
diligence
and vendor
management
capabilities
available
through the
company.
Under his
leadership,
the company
has grown
from the
pioneer to
industry
leader
providing
information
on over 800
service
providers to
well over
2000
financial
institutions
throughout
the
country.
Previously,
Mr. Putnam
served as
Vice
President
and Manager
of
Alternative
Delivery
Systems as
well as
successfully
managing
venture
capital for
First
Interstate
BancSystems,
a $6 billion
institution
located
throughout
Montana and
Wyoming.
For nearly
20 years Mr.
Putnam has
held a
variety of
retail and
senior
management
positions
with both
large and
small
institutions
as well as
holding
several
board seats
for both
private and
public
companies.
