Kelli Schultz
Joining Digital Compliance as President & CEO in September of 2011, Schultz is responsible for the company's strategy, sales distribution and delivery of compliance management services to financial institutions and their technology partners. Prior to this new venture, Schultz served for over 13 years in a variety of executive roles for iPay Technologies, an independent online bill payment service provider. Most recently, Kelli played a critical role in establishing, maintaining and optimizing partnerships that drove the company's overall market position and ultimately, the company's 2010 sale to Jack Henry & Associates. In her tenure she has been responsible for leading the build-out of new divisions ranging from information technology to sales distribution. She was highly involved in strategic initiatives such as the innovation of new products and the plans to carry those products to market. Prior to joining iPay, Kelli worked in a senior corporate sales capacity for a regional cellular provider and spent early years of her career working in human resource management, specializing in recruitment.

Sherry Thomas has over 20 years' experience in finance and treasury management. Her career has spanned a variety of industries, including financial technology, payments processing, manufacturing, and public accounting. Sherry is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, holds an MBA from the University of Louisville and is a CPA licensed in Kentucky.
