Digital Compliance, LLC was formed in response to the new demands being placed on third-party technology service providers to produce in-depth, ongoing compliance documentation causing their financial institution customers increasing frustration in trying to gather required compliance documentation. 

The company was founded by senior level executives in both the financial institution and technology service provider industries who struggled with the new regulatory compliance requirements from various viewpoints. It was because of their individual and cooperative efforts in overcoming the challenges of this new regulatory environment that the concept of simplifying the process was born.
